These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Mind Co website, digital resources, and services. By accessing or using this site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

Mind Co provides therapeutic social work services, parent mentoring, and digital resources including online courses, ebooks, and free downloadable guides. All therapy and mentoring services are offered in line with Australian laws and professional standards.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to access services or purchase resources. By using this website or booking a service, you confirm you are legally able to enter a binding agreement.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including the Calm and Connection Framework™, graphics, written materials, and downloadable tools — is the intellectual property of Mind Co. You may not reproduce, distribute, or share any material without prior written permission.

4. Payments & Refunds

Fees for services and digital products are clearly stated at the time of booking or purchase. All digital product sales are final. Refunds for therapy or mentoring services will only be issued in line with our cancellation policy, or where legally required.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Therapy or mentoring sessions may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice incur a cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged at the full rate.

6. Disclaimer

Therapeutic services provided through Mind Co are not a substitute for medical or psychiatric care. If you are experiencing a crisis or require urgent medical attention, please contact emergency services or a crisis line.

7. NDIS & Service Agreements

Clients receiving services under the NDIS must have a signed Service Agreement in place. Mind Co accepts NDIS clients under the Improved Daily Living category.

8. Privacy

Your personal information is collected and stored in line with our Privacy Policy and the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). Please review our full Privacy Policy for more details.

9. Limitation of Liability

While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy and helpfulness of the information and services provided, Mind Co is not liable for any losses or damages that may arise from use of this site or participation in services or programs.

10. Licensing for Digital Resources

When you purchase Understanding PDA: A Guide for Parents, Educators & Supporters, you are acquiring a digital resource intended for private distribution within your practice, organisation, or educational setting — not for public or commercial resale.

Each commercial licence allows you to share a single digital copy of the ebook with a limited number of individuals, depending on the licence purchased:

5-Client Licence – $9.60 per copy (share with up to 5 people)

25-Client Licence – $8.40 per copy (share with up to 25 people)

50-Client Licence – $7.20 per copy (share with up to 50 people)

100-Client Licence – $5.40 per copy (share with up to 100 people)

We trust our customers to honour the terms of their licence. These options are designed to support affordability for schools, small practices, and community organisations, while recognising the time, research, and lived experience that went into creating the guide.

Licence Conditions:

Each licence is valid for private use only within your organisation or practice.

Do not upload or publish the ebook on public websites, social media, or file-sharing platforms.

Resale, reproduction, or redistribution outside of the licence terms is not permitted.

11. Changes to Terms

Mind Co reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of the site or services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
