All services are delivered in line with NDIS guidelines and best-practice standards, with a strong focus on ethical, person-centred, and neuro-affirming support.
Therapeutic Social Work
(NDIS & PRIVATE)
Standard Appointment Structure
60 minutes face-to-face or telehealth session
15 minutes non-face-to-face work (documentation, case planning, clinical notes, coordination)
Total appointment duration: 75 minutes
Fee per standard appointment: $242.48
NDIS Biling Information
For NDIS participants, therapeutic social work services are billed under the following NDIS support items (as applicable):

Referral Process
Accessing Therapeutic Supports with Mind Co.
If you’d like to access therapeutic supports with Mind Co, there are two simple ways to get started. Please choose the option that feels easiest for you.
Click the Join Our Waiting List button below to register for the Mind Co client portal.
Once registered:
You’ll receive an email with a link to our referral form
After the referral form is completed, your details will be added to our waiting list
We’ll contact you when a suitable appointment becomes available
If you’d prefer not to use the portal, that’s completely okay.
You can email our admin team directly at [email protected], and we will:
Send the referral form link via email for completion
Once the referral form is completed, you’ll be placed on our waiting list.
Consultancy Services
Consultancy services are available for:

Schools
Support providers
Allied health teams
System-level planning and practice development
Consultancy fee available upon request.
Supervision Service
This space is for you if you are:
Supporting PDA autistic individuals and familes
Feeling unsure how to balance compliance systems with compassionate practice
Navigating tricky school, NDIS, or family dynamics
Carrying emotional load from your work
Wanting to grow in confidence and clarity
Committed to neuroaffirming, PDA aware and trauma-informed care
Supervision fee available upon request.
Training & Speaking Engagements
Mind Co provides training and professional development on topics including (but not limited to):
PDA-aware practice
Neuro-affirming approaches
Nervous system safety
Low-demand support strategies
Training and speaking fees are available upon request, depending on scope, duration, and delivery format.
