Parent Coaching That Supports You, Too

Parenting a neurodivergent child — especially one with a PDA profile — can feel relentless, isolating, and full of second-guessing. Our parent mentoring sessions offer a space to exhale, reflect, and access practical, neuroaffirming guidance from someone who understands the real-world challenges you’re facing.

As both a therapist and a PDA parent myself, I bring a dual lens to this work: lived experience and clinical expertise. You’ll receive support that is compassionate, low-pressure, and focused on what matters most — helping your child feel safe while helping you feel more confident and less alone.

What We Can Work On Together:

Understanding your child’s nervous system and demand avoidance cycle

Reducing daily battles and creating low-demand routines

Co-regulation and language that builds trust

Repairing after meltdowns and managing your own burnout

Navigating school can't, transitions, or system advocacy

Building capacity and confidence in your parenting identity

This is not behaviour management coaching. This is connection-focused, nervous-system-informed mentoring designed to support you while you support your child.
