We offer one-on-one therapy for neurodivergent individuals aged 9 and up, including children, teens, and adults. Whether you're supporting a child with PDA or navigating life as an autistic adult, therapy is tailored to your goals, needs, and pace.
We support individuals and families through a range of evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Narrative Therapy, Mindfulness, Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), and Hypnosis. But therapy at Mind Co is never cookie-cut, each person receives a bespoke, neuroaffirming service grounded in compassion, curiosity, and connection.
Sessions are available in-person or via telehealth, with a flexible, low-arousal approach that respects and responds to your unique experience.
Raising a neurodivergent child, especially one with a PDA profile, can feel overwhelming, isolating, and full of second-guessing.
Parent coaching at Mind Co. is here to travel alongside you with gentle, practical guidance that’s tailored to your family.
These sessions are not about fixing behaviour or forcing compliance, they’re about helping you understand your child’s nervous system, reduce everyday battles, and build strong foundations of safety, trust, and connection.
Whether you’re navigating school can't, meltdowns, sibling tension, burnout, or just need someone who gets it, this support gives you a chance to breathe, reflect, and grow with strategies that can work in real life.
Whether you’re new to PDA or deep in the trenches, our range of downloadable resources gives you access to practical, parent-friendly tools designed to reduce overwhelm and increase understanding.
